Easy and Secure Billing
Visits and expenses are securely billed to the credit card on file. It’s the safest way to pay.
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Hours do not expire. Plans are cancellable at any time. Visits cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee. Visits are billed in 5-minute increments after the first hour. Driving distance of up to 10 miles per visit is included in the hourly rate. Additional miles are billed at $0.64 per mile.
