According to Wilson, the expansion into Atlanta was the logical next step based on market factors, including the population of residents over age 75 who may need assistance in their homes. There’s also a healthy population of people between the ages of 45 and 65 who may be available to provide the kind of help and companionship demanded. The company has signed up more than 1,000 nabors and more than 1,000 clients — it’s now available in Virginia in the Richmond area, as well as Charlottesville, Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Naborforce has also expanded its service to the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Charlotte areas of North Carolina, as well as Bethesda in Maryland. The prices for Naborforce services range from $25 to $33 an hour, depending on the market. Wilson said the average client is using the service four to six hours a week.
